Our Story

The Bible Study Guide For All Ages was born in 1980 after Mary Baker, a mom of four children, couldn’t find a curriculum she felt would help her kids, and her church’s Bible class, learn and understand the Bible. Eventually, the curriculum began to expand to make it easier to effectively teach specific age groups.

Now, we are a team of writers and illustrators with a passion for teaching God’s word to the next generation. Our original Bible Study Guide curriculum is aimed at homeschoolers, families, Christian Schools, and Bible classes that study at least two lessons per week. Our new Engage curriculum has been launched to bring this passion for God’s word into an active, children’s ministry and Sunday School format for churches.

While the curriculum has expanded and changed dramatically, the core values that caused Mary to start this effort have remained. We exist to help children and adults come to know God and follow Jesus through learning his word and applying it to their own lives.
